How much advance notice do I need to give for a catering order?

We request that you place your order, including those for Giant Subs, 24 hours in advance. Some requests, however, can be fulfilled the same day.

I need help, what should I do?

Our dedicated Catering Call Center is always happy to answer your questions and offer helpful suggestions to make your event successful. Give us a call at 877-360-CATER (2283) Monday thru Saturday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST. If we’re not open just leave a message with your phone number, and we will call you back the next business day.

What is the best SUBWAY® product for an office function?

Our SUBWAY to GO™ Meals and sandwich platters are delicious ways to feed any business gathering. SUBWAY to GO™ Meals feature a tasty 6-inch sandwich, chips and a cookie neatly packaged for ease and convenience. If variety is what you’re after, however, our sandwich platters, piled high with an assortment of tasty subs, are the perfect choice. Each sandwich platter typically feeds 5 – 9 people.

How much food do you recommend?

Recommended portions can vary based on the type and size of the group being served. For example, very young or older people tend to have smaller appetites. Teenagers and adults generally have larger appetites. Here some recommendations based on your group size:

  • 5 – 9 people: Sandwich platter or SUBWAY to GO™ meals (one per person).
  • 10–12 people: Two sandwich platters, a meat & cheese tray, a 3-foot Giant Sub* or SUBWAY to GO™ meals (one per person).
  • 20–25 people: Four sandwich platters, two meet & cheese trays, 6-foot Giant Sub* or SUBWAY to GO™ meals (one per person).

Don’t forget to make it a meal with drinks, sides and desserts!

How many portions are in a Giant Sub?

There are 18 portions in a 3-foot Giant Sub* and 36 potions in a 6-foot Giant Sub*. If you would like your Giant Subs pre-cut for your event, please let us know when ordering.

Can we get veggies and toppings on the side?

Absolutely! You can always build your order just the way you like. If you would like veggies or toppings on the side, specific types of breads or have any other special requests, just let us know by using the “comments” box when placing your order. We’re happy to accommodate you.

Can you keep my order on file?

Yes. You can access your account history when you log in, making it easy for you to repurchase your order any time you like.

Do you provide delivery service? Is there a charge for that?

Restaurants that provide delivery service offer free delivery on catering orders of $75.00 or more. There is a $10 delivery charge for orders less than $75.00 The availability of delivery service depends on location. Use the store locator to find restaurants in your area that offer delivery. If you have any questions regarding the delivery service of a particular location, please contact our Catering Call Center at 877-360-CATER (2283).

Standard minimum preparation with SUBWAY CATERS™ online orders is 24 hours from order submission. Some orders may be able to be expedited and prepared in less than 24 hours; for more information on expedited ordering please contact 877-360-CATER (2283).
